Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your recent stay at Hoburne Bashley. Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise that your holiday did not meet the standards you have come to expect from us. Having welcomed you back to Bashley over the past five years, I was particularly disappointed to read your comments, especially knowing that this was a longer stay that you had saved hard for and were looking forward to. Having read through your feedback in full, it is clear that a number of issues affected your holiday. I appreciate how frustrating it must have been to experience problems with the bed configuration, the fridge, Wi-Fi, parasol, shower fitting, ant infestation and other maintenance concerns throughout your stay. Whilst I appreciate our team made efforts to resolve the issues as they arose, I completely understand that you should not have had to spend so much of your holiday reporting faults rather than enjoying your time away. I was also sorry to read your comments regarding the cleanliness and presentation of both the accommodation and some of our facilities. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant department managers so that the points you have raised can be fully investigated. As a loyal returning guest, your feedback is particularly important to us. I would like to thank you for taking the time to document your experience so thoroughly.
