I have looked into this for you and can see that we advise up to 10 working days for delivery to Germany and your order was delivered on the 6th working day. The €15.00 delivery charge is standard for all deliveries across Europe. If there were any import duties that pushed your costs up, this is advised on our Terms and Conditions and is not a charge made by Hobbs but by DHL and your local governing body.
