I am sorry that you were frustrated with your experience with us. I also appreciate your taking time to talk with me about how we could have serviced you better. While our agent did get you the documents you needed, we could have done a better job of explaining why they were different than similar documents you have used in the past (the format for displaying HNOA for our BOP policies is different than how it is displayed for Commercial Auto policies). We have tried to reach you several times to discuss your policy documents, but have been unsuccessful. Our files show that an email did go out to you the day your policy was sold. We have resent those emails to you, and we have also mailed you a paper copy of your documents, in case the second email also fails. (We find that sometimes that happens with aol email addresses.)
