Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Tom - thanks for the feedback. In terms of payment, your are right that our payment method is debit or credit card only. I hope that the advisor explained that we allow the annual premium to be spread across the year - with no extra charge added. About 80% of our customers take this monthly instalment option.
