(I provided full details in the other part of the survey)
1. Agent did not complete the Draft application, but told me it would be active in 30m. Was not active 1 hour later.
2. When I contacted Nedbank directly, they were unable to contact the Hippo agent.
3. When I contacted Nedbank directly again, the manager had to first Cancel the existing draft and we had to do most of the process all over again.
In short, not only was there no benefit to me using Hippo, it actually ended up creating MORE work, and used up more of my time.
