Excuses don't change the facts. You asked a long list of questions and then used a fake quote as a hook to engage me further, thereby wasting my time. Cheap marketing ploy, simple as that. Also, after I indicated that I no longer require quotes, I am STILL being contacted by insurers in your network that are 'spamming' me to deliver quotes. Have you even heard of the POPI Act and the meaning of 'op out?' I will reiterate my statement: Hippo is a marketing scam that should be avoided by consumers at all costs. There are honest service providers out there - Hippo is not one off them.
