47 days NO REFUND
NO STARS 29 days after Hi-tec signed for my returned faulty parcel, I am still waiting for a refund. 47 days out of pocket NEVER AGAIN

A good start but shabby ending
Goods were sent promptly and arrangements for returns are effective. However, I have now had to wait in excess of a month for a refund. No luck yet!
