Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Love the mattress, delivery disappointing.

Mattress is wonderfully comfortable. Was a little disappointed how long it took to be delivered after ordering and had to take day off work as they could not deliver when I wanted.

I should add that once a day/time was agreed the delivery guys were on time, rang 20 mins before they arrived, were courteous, wore overslippers to protect the carpets and were very careful. Great service just unfortunate that our availabilities did not coincide on this occasion.
