Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great speedy service and fabulous mattress

The mattress arrived really quickly after I ordered it. Was packaged really well, the little herdy inside was a lovely touch. The mattress is just the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on.
