How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Day 28. It is a medium firm mattress but it is very comfortable. It was easy to unpack and after 8 hours we were able to sleep on it the first night. It does have a smell which is starting to fade...
