Hi Cyril, I am sorry that German customs have charged you 25 Euros for your order. Customs calculate their charges based on the order value and with your order being a large order this is why the customs charge was 25 euros. Not every order will be charged this. It is proportionate to the order value. We clearly inform all EU customers that there may be customs charges on our delivery policy and our returns policy.
