Should have gone to the garden centre
Inadequate information about delivery, not well packaged and DPD service poor. Bushes themselves are poor quality, very lanky, would definitely not buy from them again

Thank you for the refund, it was unexpected. The delivery experience from DPD was down to their usual standard, not your fault. I'm afraid the privetts are still not good, but your service was certainly very courteous and professional

Poor service
Very poor so far, plants arrived damaged, despite contacting customer service twice I am yet to receive a response!!

Update, after an initially slow response I have now been sent a seaweed feed supplement to feed the hedge with, to early to say if it works yet, but very helpful.

The plant was not named only blue geranium. Not sure if the plant is a Johnson’s blue, seems to be too light in colour
