Thank you for your feedback. Given our responses (e-mails sent to you are copied below) I am very surprised to hear you remain so dissatisfied. As a business we believe in good old fashioned customer service that of course addresses problems when any arise. We did exactly that for you (as we would all customers)but to no avail! Given this I agree with your action not to place further orders with us. E-mail 7th April 2013 Thank you for your email. I am arranging for a refund to be put back onto your card for the 2 X Escallonia Red 60/90 2L plants that you were not happy with. I do apologise for the poor condition of the plants that you received. When I looked at the pictures it would appear that my colleagues on our despatch team have picked stock from a batch which was not ready to be despatched. I realise that you have had an order from us previously which you were happy with so I am sorry that this order was not up to the standard that we would expect. If you require any further plants then please contact me directly and I will arrange to give you a substantial discount by way of apology for the sub standard plants that you have received on this order. If there is anything else I can help with please don’t hesitate to give me a call. E-mail 6th April 2013 I’m sorry to hear there has been an issue with your order. Firstly let me assure you the pot grown laurels will definitely have been grown in pots but if they have been packed in too-large a box for transport the soil which is not compacted by the root-growth can become loose and make the plants look, in effect, too small for their pots.
