Thank you for your feedback. Let me firstly say there is absolutely no excuse for a customer of any business being dealt with in a rude and 'off hand' manner. We do not tolerate such behaviour. If we were able to identify the member of our team who you spoke to we would take disciplinary action. Clearly the box must have been handled 'roughly' by our carriers Parcel Force and although we have no financial redress against them details of your feedback has been provided to them. Should any of the plants not prosper as a result of them being damaged in transit please let me know and I will arrange to supply replacements free of charge.
