Thank you for your feedback. Leylandii is a vigorous grower and from your feedback it would seem some of the plants were overdue being 'potted on' into larger pots. Our Nursery Team should have identified and dealt with this issue. However provided the majority of the root structure has remained intact the plants should prosper. The browning of foliage may be weather related. I would recommend you apply a nitrogen based feed to the plants in addition to ensuring you water them regularly until they are clearly prospering. Having reviewed feedback from other customers, who purchased plants from the same batch of stock as your plants were selected, I have not identified any 'health' issue with the plants. Portuguese Laurel is also a very hardy plant so I can't with the information I have, offer you an explanation as to why one of the plants has failed. As a business we believe in good old fashioned customer service (putting things right when we know it is our responsibility) and will therefore issue a refund to you for the cost of this plant (£8.38).
