Thank you for your feedback. Photinia and particularly relatively young plants can be a very demanding to grow and prune into shape. Having inspected our stock from which your Photinia plants were selected and reviewed feedback from customers who have purchased plants (delivered from this same batch of stock) I am as yet unable to offer a conclusive response.
