Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry DPD did not deliver 1 x of your boxes, and many of the White Lavender plants you received arrived in poor condition. And I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this has been for you. I can see my colleague has arranged for the missing plants and 4 x extra Lavender to be sent out for delivery on Tuesday 5th August. I have dropped you an email, so if you see the others are getting on, and you can email me if you need some extras to be sent. Euonymus Jean Hugues is a wonderful alternative to Box hedging. It is slow growing and makes a great dense evergreen hedge. I am so sorry you only received your dispatch email after your plants had been delivered. I know how disappointing it is for your plants to arrive with no notice. I hope they are in the ground and are settling into their new home. Hawthorn is a native, deciduous species, so they will lose their leaves during autumn and will look rather sorry for themselves over autumn/winter. In spring they burst back into leaf again and will eventually produce berries. So extra wildlife should hopefully be coming into your garden soon. During the spring they produce tiny white flowers that are popular with butterflies and bees and during winter they produce small red berries that hungry birds love. So extra wildlife should hopefully be coming into your garden soon.
