Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry your order was late arriving with you and you struggled to speak to customer care team. I do hope your Lavender have settled into their new garden and are enjoying the sunshine. Lavender is a beautiful, fragrant evergreen shrub and from May onwards they will produce flowers that will attract lots of butterflies and bees.
