We are sorry to hear your order was not delivered. We have checked and this was returned to us by Royal Mail as the address was incomplete. We notified you via email of the return and also to let you know we had refunded your card with the full amount of £8.00. Please be assured this was refunded back to the original payment method on the 12/05/25 and it is likely that this amount is already showing in your account. We apologise for any confusion caused.
