Hi,
We sincerely apologise for the delay in getting in with your skip the line tickets. The longest we have heard from any other customer has been 30-45 minutes which 99 out of 100 times compares favorably with 3-4 hour long regular queue to buy the tickets on site. It was during peak season that the Catacombs requested all third party sellers, including ourselves, to limit the number of tickets we sold for any given day, as well as allot times for entry so not too many people try to gain entry at the same time, which not only increases the already long lines but is also a safety hazard. Please also kindly note that that Catacombs tickets on the official website itself costs the same as our website. We charge one Euro extra as conevience.
I have already raised the issue with the Catacombs management and they have assured us that other than regular security checks there is no reason why you had to wait so long.Thanks a lot for your detailed review and bringing this to our attention. Once again please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
