How do we deal with fake reviews?

Head out worked exactly as they promised. Tickets purchased online, picked up near the event,and we were able to bypass a 2-3 hour line. Well worth the extra money paid.. would use again.

Hi.

We sincerely apologise for the delay in getting with your skip the line tickets. As per the request from the venue itself, all third party sellers now have to limit the number of tickets we sell to the Catacombs on a daily basis, as well as assign time slots so we do not have too many guests trying to enter at the same time for security reason. It is at their behest that we issue tickets in the manner that we do.

"Skip the line" Was a 90-minute Wait

Ticket purchase and pickup was easy. But "skip the line" is a misnomer. We waited in line for 90 minutes in the hot sun. Thank goodness the Catacombs were cooler!

Hi,

We sincerely apologise for the delay in getting with your skip the line tickets. The longest we have heard from any other customer has been 30-45 minutes which 99 out of 100 times compares favorably with 3-4 hour long regular queue to buy the tickets on site. I have already raised the issue with the Catacombs management and they have assured us that other than regular security checks there is no reason why you had to wait so long.
