Hi Laura,

We sincerely apologise for the delay in getting with your skip the line tickets. The longest we have heard from any other customer has been 30-45 minutes which 99 out of 100 times compares favorably with 3-4 hour long regular queue to buy the tickets on site. I have already raised the issue with the Catacombs management and they have assured us that other than regular security checks there is no reason why you had to wait so long. We are also trying to reduce the number of tickets selling each day so as to reduce the waiting time from 45 minutes to 15 minutes.
