Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Poor customer servce ..

The person responsible for handing out the ticket was not there in front of Junior bakery. We waited till 7.45 hoping that the person will turn up .. but he did not. We ended up making frantic calls...
