Having gone through the fact find process with us, it does take a couple of days to undertake a thorough review of which insurer is offering the best option, or indeed quoting at all. As we are an insurance broker, we don't always know what additional questions the insurers are going to come back to us with which might then delay the process but ultimately, the option that you went ahead with was the best for your insurance needs.
