Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

You need to update your platform to allow for USD and EUR to be held on account, as every time a customer does a non- GBP transaction there are extra hidden forex costs that cannot be avoided.

Thank you for your comment. Overseas share deals are traded at our standard rates (from £5.95 to £11.95 a deal online). They are dealt at the overseas market price and converted to sterling by a UK-based market maker, who adds an additional spread to the prevailing interbank exchange rate. This is stated on our fee schedule. The sterling price, dealing commission and exchange rate you receive are displayed before you confirm you wish to place the deal. I agree allowing foreign currency to be held within the SIPP is a better option, and it is something we are exploring. Ben Tivadar – Pensions Helpdesk Manager
