Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Although we post you a formal statement twice a year you are able to access a valuation and review a list of transactions 24/7 through your secure online account. The online account also lets you to analyse your investments and provides comment from our research team on most holdings.
