Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I’m sorry to hear the investment you selected is currently showing a loss. This is always a risk as investments will fall as well as rise. We would suggest people invest with a time horizon of at least five years. It is very early days yet. Please note the 4% charge you reference is not an annual management fee. 4% is the one-off initial charge - made by the fund manager, not Hargreaves Lansdown - when you buy the fund. However, you didn’t have to pay this. As you bought the fund through Hargreaves Lansdown we provided you a full 4% saving on this charge; bringing the net initial charge to nil.
