Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I am sorry your pension investments have so far not performed as well as you hoped. Of the several funds within your chosen cautious portfolio, only two are currently showing a loss for you. These are invested in defensive assets, such as gold, which will not necessarily go up in value in a rising market. The funds remain on our research team’s Wealth 150 list of preferred funds for new investment within their respective sectors. For now we remain confident at the managers’ ability to outperform their peers over the longer term. We will continue to monitor these funds closely and if our view changes we will let you know.
