We have no record of any contact from yourself, we have searched all emails, all our phone records and our whatapp records and can find nothing. The DPD tracking we supplied does hpwever show that DPD attempted to deliver your parcel many times but there was no one available so they held it at the depot waiting for you to contact them, once the goods had past their expiry date they were destroyed. I am so sorry but the couriers do need you to be there or give them alternative instructions for deliveries.
