Hi. Thanks for the feedback. I'll be in touch to discuss your issues. I'm a bit confused as we don't have an All of Australia location function. Also, sitters select where they are available to sit and owner searches are based on those criteria. The site can not tell if a sitter is physically in a location eg WA at the time an owner searches.
