Good generally. Cover difficult to put on. Danger of falling downstairs. Velcro attachment not easy to fix.

Works well, fitted fast.
Very swift service and as it was in the estimate. Although Mum couldn't remember what colour she'd ordered, so that caused some constrenation!

Excellent company
Had 3 quotes from various companies and Handicare came out cheapest after intensive negotiation on the price. Point of note savings- can be made with all companies do not accept the first quoted...
