Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you had concerns over the turf you received. The extremely hot and dry weather we have experienced recently is having an effect on the appearance of some of the rolls leading some of them to look drier. We do irrigate the fields, but this is no real replacement for natural rainfall. The production team are regularly monitoring the fields and will not harvest or send out turf that they do not believe, with their many years experience, will grow as expected once established in our customers gardens. I am confident that with plenty of watering once established, the turf will grow well. Turf is a natural product, and some rolls can look different to others upon roll-out, but you should find that this evens out as the turf establishes.
