Sorry to hear that things didn't go well on the completion day of your sale. Although this was a little while ago now I will be taking it up with our team and looking into the events on that day. We keep very detailed date protected progress notes on all transactions, so despite the lapse of time i will be able to draw conclusion as to precisely what the circumstances were, and why we seem to have failed to meet your expectations.
