The order system was great just a shame about the courier company but they got there in the end. I had to contact the company about a missing part and it arrived within 2 days.

The Expert has 3 industrial strength motors and is one of our most powerful vacs in the range - the clamped pole package also comes with our patent pending vac release pole too, allowing you to quickly and easily remove debris with one simple twist. Have you experienced any poles breaking since having the machine at all?
