How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Great Service

Easy to book my choice of hotel and ferry crossing online. When I needed to make a change to the booking, I was able to speak in person to a representative who made the change for me seamlessly.
