I am so sorry to read that you are disappointed in the sizes of the products that you purchased. The two eyeshadow refills that you purchased are organic and of very high quality, personally I think for £5.95 they are good value, I do not know of many other organic eyeshadows that you can buy for under £6. I have personally used these for years and if it helps these refills will last a considerable length of time (depending on use of course!). I hope that helps to reassure you. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed by your free gift too, the sizes of these sachets are set by the brands and unfortunately not us. We would love to give away 30ml of products with every sale, however as a small business this would not be at all sustainable. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to get in contact.
