Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great to have this service!

Q magazine is nearly impossible to obtain here in US (or at least in my area). Barnes and Noble carries it but at an insane markup. My US subscription rate is high but still better than buying it...

Mojo print magazine

I paid for a six month subscription and only ever received 2 issues. Then I got an email saying my subscription had ended.
