the average of the 2. the harbor cruise was excellent but the trolley tour lacked historical info and had a very casual driver.tour guide so would be rated poor.

the bus left a little late. we took too much time waiting for people who were allowed to wander off. The result was we got back and had to run to make the harbor cruise

We're very sorry to hear that your day spent with our Boston Gray Line team was affected negatively due to the ride quality of our Beantown Trolley. These Trolleys were chosen for their unique appearance and ability to stand out in the city; they are vintage San Francisco Style trolley vehicles that have been converted to road use for our tours. Based on that, we do recognize that they many not ride as smooth as modern day vehicles, but their novelty in the city is definitely appreciated by our customers, and is often times the recognizing factor for our services for guests and non-guests alike. Once again, we are sorry that their riding comfort affected your overall experience--certainly not our intention!

Would have liked to see Fenway park. Need shocks put on trolley. More accurate pick up/drop off times. Was very convenient.

This may be the last tour that I take through Gray Line. While Tony and Pat were good Sam completely turned me off to the point I'm through with Gray Line and I'll be telling anybody that will listen...

The drivers were friendly and knowledgable. The wait for the trolley was longer than expected. The Old Town Trolley came around much more often.

I've used Grey line in many cities. This has been by far the worst. The drivers are more interested in jokes and not the history.
