grayling cancelled my tour, then after one week said that it would take a further 28days to refund. not acceptable!!

Tea at Royal Albert
Guide was knowledgeable. Lifts were available. We use walkers. Price was reasonable. Times were flexible. The restaurant matre'd was a bit intimidating.
