Good afternoon,I am sorry to hear you had an unfavorable experience in Charleston and that our guide did not meet your expectations. We do allow service dogs however unfortunately, we are limited on space depending on the number of guests due to our use of mini coaches. I am not sure who you spoke to in regards to whom you spoke prior to your tour but I have addressed all of your issues with our staff and hope that this helps clarify our policy a little better so that we do not have this happen in the future. A refund for the unused portion of your tour has been issued.

Tour was okay. Would have preferred a hop on Hop off option so we could check out some things in more detail. Much of the historical person's mentioned we had never heard of.
