Good morning Lindsy,

we certainly accept that there were issues from time to time with our previous courier. This is why from 29/03/2016 we moved to offer fully tracked services from Parcel Force to shorten delivery times and give customers the ability to track their order right to the door via email and SMS and rearrange delivery dates etc to suit when they are available to receive their goods.

We hope that you will consider giving us another try!

We acknowledge that there issues at times with our previous courier which is why we moved to offer fully tracked services from Parcel Force as of the end of March with the intention of improving customer experience with quicker delivery and the ability to track the status of orders all the way to your door by email and text message.
