Hi Peter, many thanks for your feedback and we have noted your comments for future. Unfortunately we have no control over the grandstand seating during the weekend but we have fed this information back to the circuit organisation. Regarding the price I'm afraid that for sporting events which are held annually these are usually at a premium due to the demand, flight and hotel prices increase and this is a very popular month also for leisure time in Spain.

Dear Wayne, further to our previous contact I would like to advise that our group size was 40+ and all clients are made aware of the departure time of the coach, which on this occasion was 07.30. All of the information previously supplied does advise that the bus will leave at 07.30 prompt and there are no head counts on Saturday as not all clients attend on this day. Our representative did confirm that the coach left on time and had you been on time like everyone else you would have been on board. I do appreciate that whilst you may have spoken to Andy our representative in the breakfast room it is likely another 20 or so other guests did too, it is impossible to remember every face I'm afraid. Had you called him to say you were running a minute or so late he would have waiting for you. As per our previous email conversations I'm genuinely sorry that this happened and have offered you a credit as a gesture of goodwill.
