I'm really sorry that your order was delayed by DHL in France.
Joy in our Clothing department tried very hard to resolve this issue by telephone and I'm glad the parcel was eventually delivered. We are reasonably sure that we addressed the parcel correctly but if there were any errors, it's disappointing that DHL didn't contact us earlier to highlight the problem. We have used DHL many times before and since and usually find their service to be excellent and their long haul deliveries to countries such as Australia are particularly prompt. On this occasion, we feel let down by them and I'm sorry that we have let you down as a result.
