The refund to your Mastercard would then show back on next business day, which is the Monday. Our returns policy is stated in our terms and conditions though we take your comments on board. I see that you did order numerous sizes in the RLX jacket but returned everything you ordered back to us hence the higher shipping return fee encountered. Also, the Puma trousers have a technology that keep your legs warmer without the fabric being too heavy. Had we been notified of your product concerns we would have swiftly acted with further advice and offered free exchange alternatives.
