Once I get in contact with them they are very cooperative. But some how my order got lost in there system. It is now approx going into third week

I received a heartfelt apology from the manager as well as details of the lack of feedback.Also received some compensation for my trouble. I know now that the company desires to give excellent service as opposed to what happened to me I will order from them again and hope to award 5 stars next time
