Dear Margaret, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the information given. La Finca resort has a golf club onsite with the other courses between 15 - 30 mins away. There is a transfer bus to certain courses on a first come first serve basis to which the venue should have explained at check in. We do apologise for the confusion and I will speak to our team to include notes for the transfers. I am pleased to see you enjoyed the courses on the whole once arrived.
