Thank you for your feedback, and suggestion. To provide you an answer to this; Golfbreaks.com does have a process in place to check on conditions of their suppliers golf courses. Part of this process is monitoring the reviews and customer feedback we receive. We also are in daily communication with our suppliers when checking availability and do ask about conditions. Golfbreaks.com also receives the golf course maintenance schedules and indicates this information in our booking system in order that our sales and service teams have this at hand to relay to our customers.
I am sure you can appreciate that golf course conditions may change from one day to the next, or even on the same day due to many different variables.; Weather , footfall, disease to name a few. As soon as we receive word of changes that may affect the experience of our customers we query the suppliers to ascertain the severity and timeframe of the condition changes and relay this to our customers.
