19 days to receive an order? John Hardy was the business!
Liquidation, it’s no wonder John left, terrible service - slow & cumbersome. A 1 person business can turn around orders in 24 hours - 19 days to deliver!

Unfortunately, we did experience a delay with orders being dispatched due to going into voluntary administration at the end of January. Delays with deliveries were also noted on our website. Poor service, poor turnaround time & delivery…& to top it all off - a bad attitude by the ‘team’ 🙄 Cease sending more emails asking for reviews…they are all going to be NEGATIVE

The head is absolutely useless, it does not nicely flow over the carpet....as I have cat and 3 females I need to use the brush to collect the hair, it is completely useless, vacuum itself is pretty...
