Need fixing!!
In past sometimes happened, but For last few weeks at least once a day loosing internet connection.have to reboot router and everything start working again. This is not acceptable for price I paying.
Disappointed as an early adopter and promoter of Gigaclear
The service is fine but I do feel aggrieved that I have had a significant increase in my monthly charges, and only one email notifying me of this back in January, and being told by customer service...
I have been really pleased with GigaClear since I began my contract with them, I would take them with me to my new house but they don;t operate their services there :(
I have been paying for a 300mb service but have only ever received 100mb service.
I am happy to stay with Gigaclear but would like the increased service, especially as the cost is about to double.
Gigaclear brought fibre to the village transforming broadband here, previously less than 1mb with BT. I have the 300mb (upload and download) service. Service has been excellent too.
