How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify the gratuities, the ones that were pre paid at the time of booking were for the Travel Director and Bus Driver only. The Local Guides on Optional Excursions are outside contractors and their gratuities are separate and paid in cash on the tour. We are happy that you were able to check off that bucket list trip!
